Tarock playing cards -- 54 card deck
This Tarock deck is made by Ferd. Piatnik & Söhne, the leading Austrian manufacturer, from Vienna. The deck consists of 22 Tarock cards, and 32 suited cards; totaling 54 cards. The suited cards consist of 16 court cards (king, queen, knight, jack -- called honors) and 16 spot cards (called scartins). In addition to the playable cards the deck comes with one advertising/blank card that can be used as a replacement for any card that may get lost or damaged.
All three of these decks have identical faces, however the backs bear a different design and the finish is different as well.
